MyFaceShaper is a small independent project. If something on the site is unclear, inaccurate or not working as expected, feedback is welcome.

What to include

If you are reporting a problem with the analyzer, it helps to describe the browser you are using, what kind of photo you tried and what happened. Please do not send sensitive or private photographs just to demonstrate a problem.

Content corrections

Face-shape terminology is not an exact science, and some descriptions can reasonably be interpreted in more than one way. If you notice a factual error or an explanation that could be clearer, please point to the specific page and section.

Privacy questions

For questions about how the site handles analytics, advertising or images selected for analysis, see our Privacy Policy first. The analyzer is designed to perform the face-landmark calculation in the browser rather than requiring the photo to be uploaded to a MyFaceShaper server.
